I have worked at the Kentucky Innocence Project and the New Mexico Innocence and Justice Project for 17 years conducting investigations and litigating post-conviction claims of innocence; I have been involved in the exoneration of 14 men and women who had been convicted of a crime they did not commit. The experience of conducting in-depth investigations and litigation of serious and complicated criminal cases is one that fits with many areas of the law, including personal injury and family law as well as criminal law. No detail is too small.
